Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Its My Masters account and the data linked to it at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number and email
- Documents you uploaded, and the details read from them
- Your course shortlist, SOPs, resumes and assessment results
- Learning Hub progress and app notification settings
We keep payment and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires, and then delete them. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Request deletion
In the app
Open the Its My Masters app, go to Profile, then tap Delete my account.
By email
Can't sign in? Email support@itsmymasters.com from the address on your account, with your phone number.
